Refund Policy for Elegance of Amor LLC:
We strive to provide high-quality hair products and excellent customer service. However, we understand that sometimes issues arise, and our customers may need to return their purchases. Please carefully read our refund policy below.
Non-Refundable Policy:
Once the hair products have been shipped out to our customers, we have a non-refundable policy. We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the hair products received are incorrect or defective. We recommend our customers thoroughly inspect their products upon receipt to ensure they have received the correct items and that they are free from any defects.
Incorrect or Defective Products:
If you receive incorrect or defective hair products, please contact us within three (3) days of receipt of your order. You must provide us with proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the incorrect or defective products. We will review your claim and, if approved, issue a return authorization number. The return must be shipped back to us within seven (7) days of receiving the return authorization number. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the incorrect or defective products. Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we will issue a refund or exchange at our discretion.
Shipping Costs:
We do not refund shipping costs for returned products unless the return is due to our error.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that sometimes orders need to be canceled. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a refund. However, if the order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order, and our non-refundable policy will apply.
